Took wife's 2009 GX 470 to Parker because of a loud high piched noise coming from under the hood. Unfortunately we first took it to the large Toyota dealership in LR for the noise and an oil change, where they failed to make a diagnosis along with providing less than stellar personal service. 90 minutes after leaving it at Parker we received a text with video explaining the diagnosis along with another problem that I feel should have been easily seen when it was on the rack at the previous place getting the oil changed.
