The health and safety of our team and our guests has always been our top priority. During this unprecedented situation of the COVID-19 outbreak we want to assure you that Parker Lexus is focused on delivering to you a seamless service or sales process with your safety in mind.
Here is what you can expect:
- At Home/Business Test Drives: We will deliver the vehicle of your choice to your door fully sanitized and ready for a test drive. You are able to keep the car for up to 24 hours and we will also appraise your trade-in vehicle on the spot.
- Simplified Process: We will answer any questions or concerns you have via phone, email, text or chat.
- At Home/Business Delivery: Our guests can take advantage of the vehicle being delivered to you along with the final paperwork.
- Service Pick-Up and Return: We recognize you may not want to bring in your vehicle for service at this time. For your convenience we will pick up and return any vehicle for service. The vehicle will be sanitized at both pickup and delivery as a precaution against any spread of COVID-19.
- Cleaning Methods: Instituted new deep cleaning and safety measures and will continue to enhance these measures as directed by the CDC guidelines and local government policies.
- Dealership/Customer Safety: Implemented a “hands-free” policy for staff and guests.
- Dealership/Customer Safety: Increased the number of hand sanitizer stations throughout the store and encourage all employees to wash their hands throughout the day.
- Employee Notice: Instructed all employees who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 to self-monitor from home and if necessary visit the doctor.
- Employee Notice: Check employee temperatures daily.
- 100% Online Shopping: inventory, pictures, trade valuation financing.
- Registration: We will do your registration at the revenue office for you.
- General Safety: Mandatory social distancing.
